At American Preparatory Academy Preschool, we believe every child deserves a strong start. Please Note: We are currently enrolling for the 2025鈥�2026 school year. 聽Applications for the 2026鈥�2027 school year will open on January 5, 2026.

Literacy & Communication
Emerging literacy skills, storybook reading, and storytelling
Nursery rhymes, poems, fingerplays, and songs
Spoken language development
Writing skills, including cursive preparation
Math & Science
Mathematical reasoning, number sense, and early arithmetic
Pattern recognition, sorting, and basic money concepts
Scientific reasoning through exploration of plants, animals, and the living world
Arts, Music & Movement
Art activities to explore shapes, colors, and forms
Music education focusing on rhythm, patterns, and singing
Movement and coordination activities for physical development
Social skills, teamwork, and positive work habits
Admissions Requirements
Campus Tour
Our preschool campus is conveniently located in Draper, Utah. A campus visit allows parents to observe our preschool environment and is required for all prospective students before acceptance.

Child Identification & Age Verification
Parents must provide:
- Original birth certificate
- Immunization records
Children must be 5 years old by September 1 of the school year they are applying for and must be fully trained in bathroom habits鈥攄iapers or training pants are not permitted at school.

Half-Day Learning
Our half-day program provides a gentle introduction to the school environment, helping children ease into academic routines while building early literacy, social skills, and confidence.

Custom weekly attendance options: 2, 3, or 5 days
Whether you need a shorter morning program or a full-day experience, our scheduling options make it easy to find the right fit for your child and your family.
Full Day Learning
Our full-day program offers extended time for exploration, play, and enrichment, giving children a complete day of growth and discovery.

Our preschool is located at the Early Learning Center location (12894 S. Pony Express Road, Draper, UT 84020).
Children must be 4 years old by September 1, 2025, to be eligible to enroll.
